"I have waited almost a year to write this review, to gie myself both time to be sure I felt the same and that my wording was correct in how I was made to feel last year vs me reviewing out of shock and anger when it happened. My opinion has not changed very much. I was otherwise happy with this office.
This happened last year 2024:
My 2024 experience with an employee named Edith was extremely disappointing.
On my birthday, I received a call from her seemingly to wish me well. However, this gesture quickly turned into an uncomfortable and unwanted sales pitch for a new life insurance policy. It was clear the call was not a genuine wish but a calculated attempt to use a personal milestone for a business transaction. This felt like a gross misuse of my personal information and a complete lack of respect for me as a client. The experience was unprofessional, and it has significantly eroded my trust in the company's commitment to genuine customer care."
